I don’t think there’s a single inch of Disney World that isn’t on tape. How long those tapes are kept is another question. Maybe the lawyer knows i.e., that they’re destroyed after 60 or 90 days so get charge from 4 or 5 months ago.

We’ll see tapes of how the characters treat kids over and over. The kids whose parents are making these claim would have to be interviewed, examined and cross-examined. I would hope WDW doesn’t rush into settling a case just to keep it quiet. That would merely invite ever more suits.

I wouldn't worry about that. Disney tends to go for the throat. They fully understand the negative consequences of settling.
