The Bayer company dates back to the mid-19th century. They discovered aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid).

Is it OK now to buy Bayer aspirin, or is the brand still tainted by the Nazi association?

One of my father's favorite jokes was of the man who walks into a drugstore and asks for acetylsalicylic acid. The druggist asks him, "Do you mean aspirin?" The man says, "Yes--I can never remember that name."

The nazi taint is not about aspirin.

What’s disturbing is the new world order, which backs totalitarian regimes and quietly, hidden in public view, continues to occupy the critical leadership spots in America as it has for the last century.

The nazi taint is simply one bit of evidence of new world order.

I’m like that. Can easily remember the chemical names of my blood pressure meds, but have never once recalled the brand names.
