Yep, that’s the one. A serious nutcase, with serious shooting skills. IIRC, that episode created enough of a stir that it was never added to the cycle of episodes to be re-run.
Yeah, and if I recall, McGarrett takes him out from about 300 feet away with 1 well placed shot from his .38 snub nose.
