Dear FReepers,
We need your help to get this FReepathon moving again. Now into the second month of the fundraiser and we're catching up, but still lagging more than 10% behind the pace. We actually have about the same number donations that we had at this point last quarter, but we're averaging about five dollars less per donation. This is a direct result of the harm Obama's Marxist policies are inflicting on the economy. Hopefully it'll get going strong again so we can complete our fundraiser in the next few weeks.
Free Republic stands for God and Country!! We defend Life, Family, Constitution, Liberty!! And we defend our God-given, constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms!! TO THE HILT!!

Long dinner and much conversation. The snow is heavy and bending our Japanese maple in a torturous way.
Lights have blinked twice and we saw lightning. Wind is spinning but predominantly from the east because we can’t see out of those east facing windows.
Snow is piling up fast, looks like 7 or 8 inches now and forecasters say it’s coming down at 2” per hour.
Thousands without power already.

I’ll stick with my piddling amount. I really do pray that you don’t get buried. I can deal with 12 to 16 inches but not 2 to 3 feet.
We’re at 10 or 11 inches accumulation of snow now, and it’s getting much worse.
