This type of statement is what causes gun-fearing people to think concealed carry is a bad thing. I sincerely doubt any person who has been certified or licensed for CC would think about pulling his or her weapon in response to being flipped the bird. That is ludicrous. Now, the CC individual may be justified in drawing on a bat wielding jerk, if said jerk tried to use the bat on the CC person directly. The key principle - not drawing your weapon unless you intend to kill your target - holds always.
