I do. In the past insulting another man may have resulted in a broken nose, but with people so sue happy today over everything it’s just not safe to break noses anymore. But a bb bat to the trunk? Sure, it’ll result in the batter paying a fine and or doing community service, but people need to experience consequences for their actions. I wish it was still OK to punch people. Many deserve it.
And deport him with his illegal friends.
He got flipped off and then went on the attack with a bat. Sorry... no-go with me. We’re not talking self-defense here.
I’ll pray for you. I think life would be tough believing that feeling insulted requires damaging property, and the only reason you don’t respond with a physical attack on the person is fear of being sued,.
Swing like Joe DiMaggio.
Six year olds pointing fingers get suspended from school for having pretend weapons so it's not a stretch or him to claim he thought he was being threatened. Same thing.
I wouldn’t mess with Mr. Paul V. Guaschino who is knows as “Paulie Walnuts”.

Ah yes, a physical beat down for your hurt feelings.
Ordinarily, consequences should be proportionate to the damage done.
Since there is no damage done when you are flipped off, grow up and walk away.
I thought the Obamaphile would have been the attacker; surprised that the headline doesn’t make it clear that the anti-Obama guy was.
As far as a baseball bat or firearm response to the finger, I have found it better to ask “is that your I.Q. or your number of friends?”
A good response would be to make a LARGE sign of the cross, the way a priest would, toward the ‘Obamaniac’ driver. That would have gotten him even more upset and Mr. Guaschimo would have avoided arrest.
As I am not Roman Catholic, I do not know if that is wrong under your faith. If so, please forgive my suggestion. I do know however, that such action sends some poor drivers (and most lefties) into a much higher orbit!
What really pushed him over the edge was not the middle finger, but the Prius.
I have a (FUBO) sticker on my pick up.
I’m just telling ya,
Don’t bring a ball bat to a gun fight.
I have a CCW
Where can I buy one?!?!?
It works best to just laugh at those you pi$$ off.
Makes ‘em madder!

Ill pray for you. I think life would be tough believing that feeling insulted requires damaging property, and the only reason you dont respond with a physical attack on the person is fear of being sued,”
Thank you, I believe prayer to God of heaven is always good. However you make assumptions about my beliefs based on a couple of sentences, assumptions that are inaccurate. Thanks for the prayers however.
I made no assumption about your religious beliefs.
I was concerned by your belief (idea, concept, etc) that the appropriate response to feeling insulted was damaging property, and the reason for not physically attacking was a concern of being sued.
To start with, you don’t know what I’m feeling or if my feelings would be hurt under such circumstances. This making things up on your part is called magical thinking. Because you think it, it must be true. In fact, it’s not true.
Secondly, who says that consequences should be proportionate? Is this some weird law you’ve invented?
Thirdly, this isn’t about damage done. You have no clue what’s really going on, and I would suggest that you get a clue but I don’t think you can. Spiritually dead folks can’t get a clue.
Never know who you might be able to get to sign it.
