This is frightening stuff. It begs the question “Why is no one in our government, on our side, bringing this to the attention of the citizens. Basically Holder is saying they have the right to be judge and jury and impose the death sentence at the executive branch on Americans on American soil”

Because Republicans aren't opposed to the concept at all - they just might choose to apply it a little differently.
