Your thesis is flawed.. whether Romney won or lost is irrelevant the fact is all but 3 of the GOP senators gladly voted for Kerry. Personally I'm not surprised by that, the GOP is not a Conservative party nor does it represent Conservatives .. the only thing that surprises me is that folks who claim to be Conservatives continue to support the GOP...
