Wouldn't an explosion that size be picked up by seismic earthquake sensors?

Yes. Since it wasn't, it means there wasn't an explosion.

Actually, without seeing the raw logs, all it means is that IT WASN'T REPORTED as an EARTHQUAKE.

I haven't been able to find the SEISMIC LOGS for that day in IRAN, just IRAN EQ reports.

How far away would the closest non-Iranian sensors be? Possibly far enough that they wouldn’t detect it?
