Boehner: We 'Basically Have an Agreement' on Immigration

With the re-election of Barack Obama in November – and with his heavy support in the Latino community -- the Republican Party has been openly considering what it can do to open up the Latino vote for conservative gains. For months, they’ve been talking about the possibility of comprehensive immigration reform. Now, according to House Speaker John Boehner, they’re on the verge of doing something about it.

On Tuesday, Boehner talking to the Ripon Society, Boehner said it was “time” to find an immigration solution:

I said it the day after the election. I meant it, and we’re going to have to deal with it. I think there’s a bipartisan group of members that have been meeting now for three or four years. Frankly, I think they basically have an agreement. I’ve not seen the agreement. I don’t know all the pitfalls in it, but it’s in my view, the right groups of members.

Score another victory for the demorat followers of Lenin and BHO. RINO’s and republican politicians have been falling for this since the ‘60’s.

H.L. “Bill” Richardson, founder of Gun Owners of America, has an excellent write-up on the demorat/marxist strategy and why RINOs always fall for it:

To understand what Obama is doing on the gun issue and other programs the administration is advocating, one must understand the Hegelian dialectic, the principle of “advancing to goals through retreat.”

It works as follows: Demand everything, push ahead and persist! Then when the opposition becomes formidable, continue to advance until it becomes obvious that the entire goal is in jeopardy, then suddenly back away, giving the appearance of being reasonable and open to “compromise.” Then, continue to be tough while “compromising,” until you get as much as you can.

Obama’s opposition, the moderate Republicans, hate being controversial, and the weakest members of the opposition are the first willing to cave in — and usually do. Lenin described this technique as driving a nail with a hammer, the backward stroke away from the nail is as important as the downward stroke in achieving the goal.

The second technique is to say anything or use anyone to achieve your goal. Truth to a socialist atheist is say or do whatever’s necessary to accomplish their goal. There is no such thing as God, or right or wrong. To an atheist, we’re nothing more than graduate animals, mere accidents of nature. Truth is a relative term. “Truth” then, is working for total governmental control, and it’s obvious to the Left that the “end justifies the means.”

One can climb the highest mountain if you take two steps up and one step back. Look how far the Left has climbed using Marxian techniques.

The way one fights the Obama’s in the world is to, politely, stay in their face, not giving an inch while organizing the public into joining the fight. Then we work to inform people of the techniques the Left is using and expose the moral bankruptcy of their beliefs. We’re in the fight of our life for the future of America. Remember Winston Churchill’s famous comment. Never, never give in!

So have the non educated and non skilled workers that are currently in america legally thought about where these recently legalized immigrants will work? Um, yes their jobs. When they wake up and realized they screwed themselves, it will be quite interesting to read these quotes....

Boehner: We 'Basically Have an Agreement' on Immigration

You dirtbag!
You were supposed to be in agreement with conservative Americans from all parties FIRST!

Creating RINOS and surrendering to the "destroyers of America"" is not really something to brag about. Get back under your rock!

Good thinking. Latinos will start voting for conservatives right after hollywood and the media start liking republicans for the moderate stances they take.

Anyone notice how this dork talks just like Bob Dole? "...in my view..."

BTW the Ripon Society is not conservative, it is liberal republican. No wonder Boehner was there.

Immigrants are not automatic small-government conservatives. They come from paternalistic, quasi-socialist countries. Once they get here, they vote for the party that offers the most benefits. Guess who that is?

Certainly largely true for Mexicans, who are the bulk of the illegals in question. They are accustomed to a one party autocratic state.

Very good post. Allowing someone to break the law as their first act on our soil is absurd. Just try that in some other country and see how they treat you. Illegal entry also makes those who played by the rules look like fools.

Correctomundo! Breaking the rules pays big these days, doesn't it? Like our 401K’s ?? We saved, now O wants it all. Sick, sick bunch that elects this guy.

But back to immigration, how the heck can any lawmaker offer these ILLEGAL entrants to our great country a path to citizenship? I say NO way, ever, if they broke in illegally. I also read on another thread weeks ago that perhaps making them wait 17 - 20 years AFTER they become new citizens to have the right to vote. That may be an option as well. But boo hoo will give up before we begin negotiating. He is a joke for our conservative efforts.

Perhaps we, once again, need to contact in force, our elected ones - if they would only listen.

The hope for this country / our conservative Governors, like our Wisconsin Gov. Walker. 30 states now and going strong. Take our states rights back.
