the Visa records simply indicate a purchase total at a given vendor. It DOES NOT itemize the products.

Then how was Mastercard able to verify the UPC of an item for which I filed a dispute? It is possible they retrieved an electronic copy of the receipt from the retailer AFTER I filed the dispute but it evidently WAS available.

But there’s a big difference between starting with you and the vendor, and YOU being just 1 pill in a jar of 300 Million.
