There is no such thing as the rights of the group (or many).
Only an individual can have rights.
Indeed, the many is an invention, called the collective, which, really, all it is, is an individual who has an army of slaves at his or her disposal because they think they share in his redistributed right of doing what he wants with all their surrendered powers to him.
