Reed had a ton of revenue lined up for this show, something north of $13 million. By postponing, they can hold onto the Vendors table money for awhile, but eventually they will have to refund since the show will never be held.
A new show will emerge next year, put on by some other company. Reed’s President will soon be leaving to “pursue other interests”
“We want to pander to the left and the crony capitalist politicians. What could possibly go wrong?”
Refunding money, they lost.
