Ummmmmmmmmm.

Romney and Ryan got MUCH better turnout in Wisconsin in November than Scott Walker got in June 2012 in his recall vote victory.

I think that the Obama campaign just had more walking-around money to "spread the wealth" than did the Wisconsin recall forces - and this was true in ALL the swing states.

Ummmmm, yourself!

Romney, as Republican victor in the primaries, had the opportunity to reach out to the conservatives and bring them into his campaign. Instead, he made it abundantly clear that he wasn’t interested in having them campaign for him.

Big mistake! The conservatives, particularly those with a morally conservaitve agenda, are the footsoldiers who go out into neighborhoods and bring in the votes. Not this time.

Romney shouldn’t have been politically stupid, but there you have it. He should have reached out to his competitors and ASKED for their support, and included Sarah Palin in that as well. It wouldn’t have cost him anything to do that, and because he didn’t, it cost him in the end and he lost the election.

I think you are partially right !
Republicans are communication ineffective :
#1) no Conservative voice on Mainstream television
#1a) Conservative voice is only on the radio -we are preaching to oursleves
#2) they didn’t use cellphones to enliven and jack up the base
#3) The Obama campaign is using their cellphone list, even now , to strengthen their voice on gun control.

Don’t forget rampant vote fraud. But, bottom line - it was ours to lose, and enough of our base proved it. Like the fool who thought he didn’t have to look before he stepped off the curb when the light changed. He - and we - are dead right.
