When asked why no help was sent in to help the SEALS as they fought off the al Quaeda contingent, Panetta said, "There was not enough time."

Question: "How could the administration know there was not enough time, prospectively? They could not know whether they would hold out 8 minutes, 8 hours or 8 days. So is the administration claiming to be able to see the future? Why was no military assistance sent in to save 32 people? Could it be that they wanted 32 silenced voices?
