There are claims, from himself, but seemingly freestanding.
However: at the moment it was clear that he was running for President, he paid off a number of traffic/parking tickets which had been in the system for years. These records may show where he was. There’s good reason to examine his movements and contacts in those crucial days of 2001; it may be even more important than his missing birth certificate.

I do think Lucy and I got a firm answer to that, but I looked for several years before there was one tiny little blurb...I was asking during the first election, because I remembered exactly when my senator released a statement to his state.
