Dear FRiends,
We need your continuing support to keep FR on the air.
FR is funded solely by contributions made by liberty loving people who enjoy and use it.
We are beholden to no political party.
No outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers.
We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the support of liberty.
We cannot exist without you.
If you have not yet made your donation, today would be an excellent day to do so.
Every donation counts no matter how big or small. If you can donate $5, $10, $20 or more, it would be greatly appreciated.
Your loyal support makes Free Republic possible and your continuing participation makes FR the number one, independent, pro-life, pro-family, pro-small government, pro-defense, grassroots conservative forum on the Net!!
And we're going to need FR now more than ever to combat the current crop of Marxists and progressives who have infested our government and public institutions and who are dead set on destroying the final remnants of our cherished constitution and our precious God-given liberty!!

Thank you all very much!!
God bless you and God bless America!!
I've missed you too. Life around here has been "special" lately. lol
Aw, he trained the two feral kittens, so now they’re house kitties! How sweet. I’m so sad he’s gone. I loved hearing about him. He’s with St. Francis. I have to believe that, so I do.
Sigh, I’ll just bet life is “special”. You’re always in my prayers. I’ve tried not to overwhelm you with pings. I put you back where you belong!
I'll be here off and on. Tomorrow is a wash though.
OKay. One of my days (soon) is a wash in the afternoon. I must check which one. Trouble is, I can’t read my own notes.
Tomorrow the "boys" and their Mom have an appointment with the spay/neuter van.
OH BOY, thrills for the boys and Mom!
Will they heal quickly?
My notes read, “Thursday, 29 @ 2:00PM,” but it seems to me that’s an old note to myself, although a week from Thursday is January 29.
LOL!!!
I hope they heal quickly, mom isn't litter trained.

Woo Hoo!! FReeper I_be_tc has donated $100 and challenges 300 others to match!! Thank you all very much!! Your loyal support is greatly appreciated!! |
LOL. I *hate* to call to check on that appointment. I am hoping I stalled it till the 29, but I have a feeling I didn’t and that it’s this coming Thursday. UGH.
I have no idea about neutering and the healing process. Mom might get trained quickly.
BRB. He is home from grocery shopping.
Appointments always happen when it’s inconvenient. Although the calender was clear when they were made. lol
Okay.
We lost our 2nd cat, Muffin, to a vet’s incompetence as well. He treated Mr. Muff for a disease that he did not have, endocardial hypertrophy, when he actually had an allergy to the vile concoction known as “fish” in canned cat food, which made him vomit every time he ate it.
Trusting the vile, incompetent “doctor,” we destroyed his kidneys ourselves by giving him the prescribed medication, which being unneeded, sickened him.
Stupid us! We sussed that all out later during the postmortem analysis of the whole situation with our new vet, the wonderful Dr. Brisbin of the Benicia Cat Clinic in Northern California. Unfortunately, by the time Dr. Brisbin treated Muffin, it was too late. He loved Muffin almost as much as we did, and he came to our home to kill him when he was suffering and could not be saved.
I still hate that rotten vet, Dr. Teslaa. I hope someone sued him out of business, because I tried to look him up three or four years ago, to see if he were still practicing, but he was not. Thank God.
Thank you so much for your prayers for Lucas. He’s a good boy.
He didn’t want my help. Praise God. Sweet man, said it’s too cold outside. I gave him my CIPRO, so he could get well and he did.
