The reliance on the medical industry is quite alarming. They will take over the administration of guns in the country and cast gun control as a medical emergency. BJ tried to do this and was shot down. The presence of Obamacare as the dominant medical system is alarming: They can do whatever they wish.
Using an FFL for a private sale is nothing more than gun registration. This will be expanded to include serial numbers etc. for all guns.
I find this quite alarming. The section on developing safer guns is ridiculous.
These EOs are a setup for legislation to eliminate guns from America. This is not a whiff.....
