How do you arrive at 45 shots per minute? If he was alive and shooting for at least 10 minutes, and fired about 150 rounds, then that is 15 shots per minute, not 45. Seems pretty reasonable to me.
I guess I can’t get the frickin timeline straight. Is there an ‘official’ story yet?
Also, he had training, and the “targets” weren’t moving, and were extremely close. And he shot each one several times, according to sources. so he didn’t need to be very accurate either.
