That is the best explanation I have seen yet. I always hear that EO can only apply to existing law - he cannot make new laws on his own - but I really understand that part about EO's only applying to a branch of the Government.

Well said. I will add that we should give 'em one. Just remember that it's not the "47%" or ethnic groups behind the attacks on constitutional freedoms. It's the so-called progressives, and most of them are rolling in dough and influence from government debt and sweetheart deals. They're guilty as sin and reacting from hysteria by goading their pocket politicians.

We need to cut government to something petite and pretty that issues the demurring purrs of a pussycat instead of the demanding shrieks of a bloated harridan. We need to cut spending for it from the regulatory top, down, starting with federal funding to local government regulatory/anti-family offices. After that, go ahead. Put the rabble to work.
