That’s encouraging. I have 1k rounds waiting for me in a secure location, which I will pick up later this winter. Until then I need small amounts. I’m conserving as much as possible. I heard Wal-Fart is NOT restocking ammo. Not sure if this is true or not. I’m tempted to go find out.
My local Wal-Mart is still receiving shipments of it, and I got word from an acquaintance who works in distribution that WM is still placing automated orders for ammo. They're just having trouble getting it (like everybody else).
That story might have been a scare tactic, I don't know.
It is not that WalMart is not restocking; their distribution centers are out of ammo also. The local Sporting Goods Deptartment Gal told me the Distribution Center is estimating 3 to 6 months back order on most of what she has on order.
They are also out of AR15s and Mini14s nation wide. The ARs are likely to be back ordered for up to a year.
