Everything on that list did in fact happen. President Obama did commit treason as defined by the U.S. Constitution. Whether it is pursued or not is irrelevant. It’s like the victim who refuses to press charges. Even though I dumbed it down, you’re still too stupid to make the connection. Those events happened and President Obama did commit treason.

That list is idiotic and every sane conservative person knows it. That’s why you’ll never hear Rush, Levin, etc, ever mention this dumb thing. It start’s with some birther crap (another dumb conspiracy theory), tries to make court fights treasonous, and ends by attempting to accuse Obama of treason for having unsavory friends.
