“constitution did not specifically state that even people with mental problems shall not have their rights infringed upon, and they are now successfully no doubt, going to exploit this oversight”

Due process clause, and any infringement based on their ridiculous mental health evaluation tests doesn’t even come close to proper due process.

I don’t see much due process anymore- Remember, if they are attackign the cosntitution itself, then surely clauses will have very little meanign to them- they are goign to have government run doctors dictating who gets what treatment now- (and you watch- we will soon be enterign aq period in time where doctors DENY treatment to the elderly because a younger patient mgiht benifit from the lifesavign kidney the elderly person was suppsoed to receive- healthcare will soon be basedc on a cost effective evaluation system, and noone will have a chance at due process simply because the governemtn says they aren’t entitled to it any longer ‘because it’s not fair to the masses’ or soem swuch bs)

Does the due process clause still hold any weight? George Zimmerman was denied due process in florida over and over again- He was ikllegally arrested and the prosecution even had to make up irrelevent unappropriate charges agaisnt him to justify their false arrest- He has been denied his freedom and has been unable to have his case heard in a timelty manner to plead his side- I think his due process has been thoroughly ignored throuyghout this whole case- and htose denyign him his due process will not be held accoutnabl for it UNLESS his lawyer is smarter than I think- (My hope for george is that he coems out of this a multimillionaire, and that EVERYONE invovled in his false arrest and violatiosn of his rights loses their right to practice law forever-)
