Wasn't hard to guess where the WSJ would go with this story.

Of course they would further recommend more of the low skill immigrant, the kind you don't have to pay much.

The kind currently bleeding the state white, by the way.

Which, incidentally, is why most productive CA couples (the kind not receiving public assistance) can only afford to have two or fewer kids.

Places like CA, NY, and IL have a lot of illegal aliens. They don't seem to help.

Immigrants of the 'illegal' persuasion are a present drain on the system. Are they really wanting more?
