My employer has “only” a $25,000 annual limit ,so got a waiver because obamacare mandates over a million $$ annual medical limit.MY employer certified that coverage at that level is unaffordable..

Obamacare has not even started yet. This ONE Wendy's restaurant probably just is not doing enough business to maintain the hours they give to their employers. Both sides are exploiting this decision, but that is typical.
