I thought it was a reasonable question to ask TPP what is planned, since that was the supposed reason for the call. And he didn't answer.

No, the call was to get money.
The callers get a percentage of all money they collect.
So why waste time letting you know what they are planning?
They are “planning” on getting more money for Jen Beth Martinis.
