WELLSTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two men have been arrested in connection with the brutal beating and robbery of a 90-year-old man inside his coin shop business early this month.
Larry Hart Jr. of Athens County was charged with aggravated robbery, and Dale Canter of Hamden, Ohio, is awaiting formal charges.
John Queen, the business owner, suffered serious head injuries in the incident after he was struck with a crowbar. About $12,000 was taken from his business. Queen was transferred to a Columbus hospital before being released days later.
“We have all kinds of crimes in Wellston; we don't normally have such a violent crime as this,” Wellston Police Detective John Robinson said. “I think it made all the business owners and everyone feel unsafe. We felt like we needed to get this taken care of and get this solved and get someone charged.”

I am well past 75 and just added two 1911’s in .45 ACP to my collection. I aim to stop, not tickle...
I also just had a 10,000 mile check-up and passed with flying colors, well maybe it was a fast walk rather than flying but I was carrying a flag...

Yes, .45 for around the house, but carrying my Sig P220 on my waist, behind me, will be inefficient at some point.
I’ll want something a little smaller and lighter in the future.
You are right for when I am in public places. I am a sloppy dresser and the less the better (shorts and tees are my preferred attire)the little LCP .380 is my ‘town’ carry.
Most of the time I am around our 200 acres on a UTV (side by side ATV) and one of the .1911’s and a shotgun is within reach in case I find any liberal rattlesnakes on the prowl; every once in awhile a couple escape from the Washington Zoo and you must be prepared...

They aren’t men. They’re sick little a**hole punks who should have the book thrown at them. They thought the man was dead, so attempted murder at the very least should be among the charges against them.
