A NY CITY permit is almost impossible to acquire. This should be quickly investigated. This reporter needs to be stripped of this permit, which is clearly not justified under the current laws of New York City. He carries no large sums of cash, nor precious gems, and those are about the only justifiable reasons any more in NYC.

THIS NEEDS TO BE CHALLENGED.
