Tamaqua? Whew, I have to tell you, it’s been decades since I last had a few beers at Took One but I remember that place as being about as hick and in the middle of coal country as can be. I mean, it’s nowhere near any “urban” areas.

At Penn State I had several friends from Tamaqua and these guys kept a shotgun in their apartment and actually took shots at mice.
In the apartment.

Yeah, this doesn’t sound like the Tamaqua I remember, not at all.
There must be more to the story.

LOL, 34 years ago I worked in Lansford, Tamaqua was the "big city".

I also damn near got killed coming down 309 from Hazleton in an ice storm, slid most of the way, best gas mileage I ever got.

Haven't you heard? A horde of liberals have moved there to escape the crime in Allentown.

When liberals move in, common sense moves out.
