I was thinking how sad it is that we not only have the weight of this horror on our minds but we also have to worry about the government using it to take away our freedom.
That’s what hit me, every horrible crisis I have to worry about them using it to take away our rights. Whether it’s guns, freedom of speech, or privacy the threat constantly looms. Our freedom shouldn’t hinge on any events period.
Our enemies never let a crisis go to waste. It is a principle of their radical mentors and heros like Saul Alinsky.
