Won’t speak to the safety of the drug as OTC.

From a funding perspective it makes perfect sense. OTC drugs aren’t usually covered by insurance and thus it would be an individuals decision and no one who morally objects would have to pay for it.

Absolutely. That escapes many where who are trying to attack Jindal on religious grounds. Ridiculous... he's offering a way to protect The Church from gov't interference.
