You may be aware that Steven Crowder gave the assaulter the option to come forward voluntarily for a MMA-sanctioned fight, with proceeds to go to the winner's charity of choice.
Apparently the assaulter didn't take up the offer.
With photo evidence this shouldn't be too difficult to track down the guy and prove what he did.
My guess is he decided he was going to lose, whether in an MMA fight or in the courtroom, and the judge's penalty would hurt less. And, as Cripplecreek pointed out, unless he has a prior criminal record he'll get probation.
I'm embarrassed to say he's from Grand Rapids, my own hometown. I may have run into him before.
Punching a reporter is stupid. People need to think before picking fights with people who buy ink by the barrel.
Punching a reporter who knows Modern Martial Arts, and then threatening his wife, is really, really, really stupid.
Punching a FOX News contributor while the assaulter wore his name on the jacket and someone nearby had a camera rolling is beyond stupid.
I think Obamacare needs to start paying for brain transplants. Looks like some Obamabots are in bad needs of better brains.
Even if he only winds up with probation he should still be prosecuted but if in fact he's a union official it seems to me it would lay the union open to civil suit.
