The shooter is dead...I guess this means go after the rights of the innocent.

At first listening to Obama on radio (his speechwriter, really), I was thinking I greed with him for the first time. Tears were in my eyes. Of course we all react to this crime as a parent first.
Then he slipped it in there: we will make a huge change to try and prevent these tragedies Regardless of Politics.
That means gun control. If criminals, who will still have guns, know that there is no way a school will be armed, they would continue to try to do such horrific things. If they knew every school had an armed guard at entry, and another or more armed inside the school, making rounds, they would not even attempt such things.
We need MORE GUNS, not less.
Whatever was wrong with this person, his collection of guns did not jump up, dress him in fatigues, put a mask on him, and force him down to the elementary school.
