20-yr old Adam Lanza lived with his mother. He woke up this morning, shot his mother in the face. He then got in her car and drove to her school, where his mother was a kindergarten teacher, and shot 26 people before shooting himself.
His father is alive and talking to fbi in NJ.
Brother is also talking to authorities.
Neither are suspected of having any involvement.
Media coverage of the “facts” have been appalling.
What about the reports of Ryan’s girlfriend and roommate missing? Another erroneous report?

People were complaining that the State Police weren’t giving details ... well, they want to be sure they have the details correct before giving them, unlike the media who just want to get a ‘scoop’.
What we have seen today in media coverage is simply the norm, the fog of war. It’s always like this, and they’re doing the best they can.
There are always rumors and misinformation and speculation and discussion, and it all filters out hour-by-hour until we finally get the complete picture.
These days, with high-tech instantaneous communication, we get the full story sooner than we did in pre-internet and cable days, but it still takes a while to figure out what happened.
I just saw an article on fox’s website saying the father lives in Stamford, CT and found out about the shootings from a reporter...so what does Hoboken have to do with it..messy reporting to say the least.

I have a vague memory that victims who are maimed, at the very least, in the face, are victims of a certain kind of killing.
The killing is WAY "personal".
