Yep and reports of a masked man. Why would a kid who was going to shoot himself in the end anyway wear a mask?
One of the things I heard (true or not remains to be seen) ... someone in the front office managed to turn on the PA system so the entire school could hear what was going on (principal shot/killed etc.) as a way to try and warn them something bad was happening.
I thought the shooting began during morning announcements at the school. Then the PA system would have carried it all over the school.
