Neither are police. I find this odd. Maybe the shooter isn’t Adam.
It may be that Ryan set up his brother and then shot him at the scene. Why would Ryan’s girlfriend and roommate be missing in NJ?
If his brother Adam is autistic, he probably doesn’t have a drivers license to drive to NJ to shoot anybody.
Just speculating.
Perhaps the shooter is whoever they say it is.
What would be considered "beyond" a government who brought us Fast and Furious, an op that only became described as "botched" when it got publicly outed by the death of an agent?
