A law enforcement source told CBS News two pistols, a Sig and a Glock, were found in the school and a Bushmaster rifle was found in a car. A preliminary trace shows that the guns belonged to Lanza.The rifle was never used in the school. It was in the trunk of the shooter's car. The media repeat it was found at the scene with two handguns. It was not. Even the ATF said only two handguns were found in the school.
And the earlier report said the guns belonged to the mother Nacy Lanza instead of just saying just “Lanza.”
