When you’re running record high levels of youth unemployment in the US, have entire generations that spend ALL their time playing hack and slash video games, and a culture that sells violence like it was a commodity, how can this be at all surprising to anyone?
The culture is rotten. America is done, barring a spiritual/cultural rennaissance that appears very unlikely at this point.
Considering how rancid and depraved American culture has become, I’m sometimes surprised there aren’t “more” incidents like these.
I believe violent crime now actually at the lowest point in decades mostly due to changes in technology & policing, Increased incarceration, older population etc., just not these high profile mass killings...
After four decades of devaluing life, the post-Roe chickens have come home to roost. I cringe at the thought that the candidate God had chosen to defeat Baraq Obama in 2012 had been aborted in 1970.
