I don’t like it. Looks like a pretty significant move, but does it have any strategic value for say the next 10 years? Can they really have a presence beyond littoral?

We need to build a port somewhere in Oman outside of the Strait of Hormuz....fet our Big ships out of the little lake along Kuwait...shores.
