MUSKEGON, MI -- Republican Gov. Rick Snyder signed historic right to work legislation Tuesday with thousands of protesters in the Capitol.
Among them were at least five busloads of union members and supporters from the Muskegon area. All five buses left Tuesday morning and joined 10,000 other protesters in Lansing.
Around 5:20 p.m., a bus full of disappointed protesters returned to the CIO hall on Western Avenue in downtown Muskegon.
“It wasn’t fair at all. It was partisan politics to its finest,” Don Kosheba of Ravenna said of the day's activities in the state House and Senate. “It’s bad for Michigan, it’s bad for working families. It’s going to push the amount of money that people make down. The wages and benefits are going to be lower.”

They make a little less and thousands of jobs stay in the United States rather than going to China... sounds good to me.
The unions priced themselves out of business years ago, with all the pension plans and health insurance, they negotiated unreasonable rates in the 1970s on up. It came to the point that most of the cost of a car went to the unions pension plan and health care, very little to the cost of a car. Thus, the great car companies went down, however the idiot in chief decided to bail them all out and save the union’s pensions and health care, at the expense to the “rest of America”.. Yes you paid for their pensions and health care because of the bad deals the car companies made with the thugs in the unions. The sooner the unions are a bad memory in history, the better.

There’s that “union dog whistle” again: “working families”.
I see the union big wigs, thugs and Obama using the term frequently.
They all seem to think that it’s ONLY union members that constitute “working families”; as though everyone else who are NOT unionized aren’t working and trying to pay bills.
This has been going on for a long time. It’s a form of brain washing. If you folks watch the news, pay attention to who uses the term “working families”.
Funny how the author mentions all the busloads from Muskegon but neglects to mention all the busloads that came in from Wisconsin.
No one has mentioned the 10s of thousands of Michigan union members who didn’t show up either. Polls in Michigan show that about 40% of union members actually support RTW and another 5 to 10 percent don’t care one way or the other.
Most of my union neighbors are conservatives who aren’t happy to pay dues to support politics they disagree with.
The Counterculture Left Movement, (CLM), has many weapons in its arsenal. Whatever structure exists in what is left of America, the CLM will try to destroy.
At Present, the remnants of the existence of a Free Market is under a multifaceted attack by opponents of Freedom of Choice, or Liberty.
The strongest voice is from the Commune-oriented, Communist Wing of the Counterculture Left which is currently headed by Commune-oriented, Community Organizer B. Hussein Obama.
Essential to any increase in street chaos in a Communist rebellion which is designed to increase the power of a Dictator, are the street thugs who enjoy the physical violence as a means to justify the end.
A Labor Union is basically a small Dictatorship that can destroy any Private Business that they target.
Realizing the dire threat of Organized Labor Unions, the voters of 24 States have timidly requested that their State Governments institute Laws that allow them to work.
Unfortunately, Laws that prohibit Labor Unions from ANY sector of taxpayer funded work are not yet being requested by the taxpayers.
BTW back in the Day, FDR was a very vocal opponent to Governmental Labor Unions. Teach THAT in your classes, Government Teacher Union members!

Incomes will rise because money is not being siphoned off to unions to funnel to Democrats to get elected and impose wasteful spending. Unions are dinosaurs and should go off somewhere and just die. Maybe we can designated a union graveyard for them to go an die and leave the scorched bones to rot in the sun — just like the elephants do.
I wish every union-made item was identified.. I would NEVER buy a union product if there was an alternative.
Union goons in Michigan were asked about Indiana on FOX News this morning... An goon woman union spokesperson refused to hear the questions and kept giving the same 'answer'. Union people are sooooooo stupid. Even their spokespeople. Anyhow she was told about Indiana having more jobs and higher pay after becoming a right to work State. She was NOT impressed. The Fox person didn't understand that the goon didn't care about 'workers' or 'citizens', she ONLY cared about Union members - but used the term 'workers' as if all of us were goons.
The real answer would have been that she didn't care about the great results in Indiana because she didn't care about how many jobs citizens had - she didn't care about 'workers' she ONLY cared that union thugs got the best. I doubt she would care if all the non-union jobs were shipped to China.
Gad, I hate these selfish union thugs... like you, the sooner they're just one more bad memory - the better.

Violence was the only thing that kept the unions out of the south.
