I used to not like this idea, because the libs proposed it, but now that the GOP has many state houses and governorships, it’s time to do it. A more proportional representation is good for the Red states.
If the blue states don’t, then what advantage would it be for the red states like Texas? There is no way CA or NY or IL would ever agree to such a system.
