Genesis 38 contains the only contracepted sexual act described the Bible; and referring to the perpetrator, the Bible says "And therefore the Lord slew him, because he did a detestable thing."
Can't get much stronger than that. But there's virtually no preaching against contraception in any of the churches. Anywhere.
