My first job after graduation from college was at Lackland AFB. We were forced to attend a presentation on civil rights which was full of suppositions, lies, and basically nonsense.
About half way through it a Colonel who was also a Dr. got up and announced he was not going to sit through any more of that garbage. being newly married and in need of my job, I had to sit through the rest of it including questions and answers after the presentation.
good for the colonel... you don’t see much of the desire to stand up against the Pc idiocy anymore amongst the officer corps ( did see some of this every now and then with the chaplain corps)
