In my socialist state of MD, a law was passed a that the touch screen machines will have a receipt but our Marxist Governor O’Malley very quietly with the MSM’s help has refused to fund the changes needed. So yeah, the fix is in and it will stay that way in any state with a rat Governor.

BTW, those very same machines are tested and tuned by local government IT folks that are ‘volunteered’ to do that task.
