My guess is also Beirut - or Beiruth as I believe the stamp on my passport spells it. It was a beautiful place when I was there before it was blown to hell. Look at the cars in the photos, this is an old pic.

Hezbollah (Hamas, al Queda, whatever) was hired by Dubai to wreck the place to keep international tourists away so they would go to Dubai. That’s why the palm tree shaped islets were made. Made sense to me. How come we never heard that in the news?
