However, where the NLRB had some real leverage over Boeing, when Boeing wanted to open a new plant in a right to work state, since Boeing has all those government and military contracts, Walmart has none of these. Still, Obama is nothing more than a finger puppet for the real power brokers, like Trumpka. In the old days, Walmart would have stood up to the NLRB, but now, who knows?
