The 14-cent increase would eliminate the need to add more toll roads.By that reckoning - making everyone pay for the toll roads, vs. those that use them, is like saying that raising gas taxes can be used to supplement movie theaters so they don't have to raise the prices on refreshments - you get to pay for it even if you don't go to the theater. It's the "democratic" way.

Oh, and that is just the neighbors that live beyond your house, those that live before your house shouldn't have to pay for the few hundred yards to get to your house either.

Deal! We will put toll booths on every road in northern va so you can pay for the roads you use, not just the Dulles toll... that make you feel better!
