The warehouse in Benghazi was apparently a CIA prison for Islamo terrorists captured throughout Africa. That prison was probably recommended by P4, approved by POTUS/SOS/SOD. Then the funds were approved at the highest level, and 30 plus CIA employees and assets worked there, gathering info from the prisoners.

Using your reason then I would refer back to Broadwell outing the prison/prisoners in her speech found on youtube and ask the question, did Broadwell set up Patreus for Ham and the Admiral to compromise Patreaus to drag it all into the open?
