Freaky new-agers. Reminds me of those loons back in the ‘90s that were building networks of “Cloud Busters” to offset the influence of “Chemtrails” and restore aetheric harmony (or whatever they were for...Art Bell probably could explain it...or not). But at least most of those guys stayed on their own property.
