Hey teacher, 'someone', not 'some one' is the correct usage in your post!
It's the grammar, kids!
You would think that some one that went to medical school and was supposedly a medical professional would be able to put together a simple sentence. ... is missing some commas, too, imho!

Rule 8 - Use commas to set off expressions that interrupt sentence flow.
Example:
I am, as you have probably noticed, very nervous about this.
